Toni Poppy, Treasurer

I have been a bookkeeper for over fifty years. I started as a young girl completing my father’s receipts that he would bring home weekly as a salesman. I took bookkeeping in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, personal tax preparation with H&R Block and Certified Church Treasurer with Mark King and the United Methodist Foundation. My employment has always been in accounting, which introduced me to several CPAs who took me on as a student in Financial Statements, Government Law, Payroll, and Human Resources. I was promoted to an accountant at several major companies in the Asheville area. In 2012 I formed Credible Bookkeeping Services, LLC.  In 2022, I retired and closed the business. God has called me. I am a Local Pastor serving as Pulpit Supply Minister for the UMC.
